Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Goods are sent by 2nd class post for items up to 2kgs and by courier for larger ones. Shipping mainland UK is £4.45 for standard delivery,  and an option of express next day at £6.95 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm (except Sundays) at £12.95.  We also offer DHL Domestic express, please see shipping page for price.

Shipping overseas Europe is now very complex due to Brexit see the shipping pages for prices. The rest of the world starts from £35.99 which includes either end to end tracking or signature on delivery depending on your countries association with Royal Mail.  Some countries have a remote area surcharge and all countries will be charged extra if more than £140.00 purchase is exceeded.  This allows us to send more than 1 pair of shoes and we may have to ask for a weight surcharge to be added to your payment total.


We are not responsible for the non delivery of a purchased item if the cause is due to the assigned courier not being able to deliver. This applies to UK and international customers.

Delivery Schedule Everything shown on our web-site was in stock a few hours ago. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. In the event of an item not being delivered within 3 business days we cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs incurred by the buyer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security We do accept Paypal but would remind our customers that Paypal keeps 3.5% of our payment which we cannot recover even in the event of a refund.  We also accept all card types on this site for security purposes. 
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns Policy You can return anything within 28 days of delivery or order confirmation for any reason and get a full refund. For faulty goods you can have repair, replacement or refund at your request. If the return is a result of our mistake we will refund the carriage costs. All return goods are the responsibility of the sender until signed for by the Company. Please be aware that we are going to do everything possible to make your return to replacement/refund smooth fast and efficient.
