If you have the Primal 2 and find that they fit just right, then we suggest you stick with that same size. If you find that the Primal 2 is a little too roomy for your comfort, order a half size down. If you are a Boulder Boot fan, we find that the Boulder Summit fits a little longer than the Casual Soles styles. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service at info@footworksrunning.co.uk.

With its water-resistant membrane and gusseted tongue, the Boulder Summit will keep your feet dry for longer and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This brand new, sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

       Minimal drop

Places the forefoot and heel flat to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

      Lems

After many hours of research re a suitable walking boot I came across Lems Boulders. I had previously been wearing barefoot boots and was really happy with them that was untill winter set in, I first started to noticed my feet feeling cold October so put the insulted inner soles in and wore extra pair of socks but neither did much and I carried on until my feet became so painful plantar fascitious and arthritis had set in with the cold! I walk miles and the pain in my feet really restricted me. So, brought a pair of Boulder Summits firstly there is a lot to love about them, zero drop, wide toe box, no speed hooks(having ended up breaking my wrist from a fall where my laces caught on speed hooks of the other shoe I have huge dislike of them) the thicker sole makes for a warmer boot. All these things make for a more comfortable boot but haven’t aided my previous issues just yet, but I am hopeful they will.
Footworksrunning were amazing as well, excellent customer service, and quick delivery

Possibly the best boot I've worn

I am a recent convert 'barefoot' footwear and theory. I was initially reluctant to make such a large outlay on a pair of boots until I was convinced of the benefits of flat soles etc. However, my interim footwear although adequate did not feel like proper boots. I took the plunge bought these boots and do not regret it; they're spacious at the front (allowing me to wear toe-separators) and they provide support for my heal. The boots are very well made.

      Great boots!

I'm really pleased with these shoes - they're so comfortable and warm (without being sweaty). I love that they have the wideness of barefoot shoes while still having a cushiony sole. The leather looks great.

      Nice boots

Really nice boots. Great wide (foot) shape. Good quality. Zero drop. Sole is not super thin/ flexible as with other barefoot shoes. Decent lugs/grips so good for eg mud (other barefoot shoes are terrible in mud). Ankle collar slightly stiff/tight initially but soon loosens up
