Important Covid 19 Announcement from the Boss

At times like these, the well-being of our customers and partners is more important than ever. In line with government advice regarding COVID-19, we’re committed to doing everything we can to keep everyone who works and shops with us safe, whilst still supporting them to get outside as much as possible.

As an online only seller, although we do encourage warehouse visits, you may think we are unaffected.  But the uncertainty of how long people may have to uphold the UK Governments advice is causing monetary issues within every household and the thoughts about the amount of hoops folk may have to jump through to claim benefits, are very unsettling.

We, Footworks, are being hit by a double whammy of “GBP Versus USD” which in turn will cause prices to rise, and “uncertainty” making people careful about spending.  In these circumstances I would like to assure all our customers that:

1. The supply chain is good and
2. Our delivery providers (Royal Mail & DHL) will be restricting physical contact for your safety and theirs. Our entire service team are working around the clock to keep things moving and prevent any delay to orders.

We firmly believe that our barefoot and shod communities are happier outside, especially when uncertainty about the future prevails. We encourage everyone to stay safe, support one another and do your best to spend what time you can outdoors in a responsible way, it is one of the greatest stress relievers.  We want to support our “Natural Footwear” users and the whole barefoot community and hope we can help you stay safe, while still enjoying the freedom and pleasure of minimalist footwear both indoors and out.
