|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. |Shipping And Handling Goods are sent by first class post for small items and by courier for larger ones. Shipping within the mainland UK is free for orders over £250. Shipping overseas has a minimum (EC 25.00 - Overseas £25.00) and we may require an additional payment for heavy or bulky orders. If this is the case we will always ask you before making any additional charges. We are not responsible for the non delivery of a purchased item if the cause is due to the assigned courier not being able to deliver. This applies to UK and international customers.|
|Delivery Schedule Everything shown on our web-site was in stock a few hours ago. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. In the event of an item not being delivered within 3 business days we cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs incurred by the buyer.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Returns Policy You can return anything within 7 days of delivery or order confirmation for any reason and get a full refund. For faulty goods you can have repair, replacement or refund at your request. Carriage will not be refunded for returned goods, and will be subject to a minimum £4.50 charge on all purchases(whether over £250.00 or otherwise). If the return is a result of our mistake we will refund the carriage costs. All return goods are the resposibility of the sender until signed for by the Company.|
